Total: 1722 Calories … wow, I never realized until doing this math that I only take in just enough calories for one day in a course of three days.
- Treadmill: -200 Calories (this has been a bad week for going to the gym due to my lack of sleep.
- Walking 3 hours: -480 Calories
Total: -680 Calories
Net Worth Average: 348 Calories per day
It’s never too late. Today sounds like a great day to start.
