I decided to do these a few days at a time. That way, if I have one good day and one bad day, things will balance out.
Day 22, 23, 24
What I ate:
- Salad: 200 Calories
- Boyfriend’s sandwich (I jokingly asked him to make me one and he made one): 400 Calories
- Yogurt: 80
- Dinner (pineapple, brown rice, chicken): 400 Calories
Total: 1080 Calories
Exercise:
- Treadmill: -720 Calories
- 1 1/2 hour walk: -240
Total: -960 Calories
Net Worth: 120 Calories
Average: 40 Calories per day
I found out when I’m not thinking about calories and my weight constantly, I lose more and eat less.
119.8 lbs as of right now (YES!)
I haven’t been under 120lbs in so long. I feel so good.

Day 17:
Around 400 Calories
Burned around -600 calories
Net Worth: -200 Calories.
Day 18 & 19: It’s the weekend, so these are my cheating days.
Day 18
Johnny Rockets: 440+ 600 (milk shake, but I didn’t have all of it) = 1,040 Calories
Walking 2 1/2 hour: -400 Calories
Net Worth: 560 Calories
Day 19
What I ate:
- Breakfast: 300 Calories
- Chocolate (cheating day, remember): 200 Calories
- Yogurt with Blueberries: 100 calories
Total Consumed: 600 Calories
Exercise:
- Dance Factory 3/4 hour (I wanted to try it from my roommate): -140 Calories
- Walking 1 hour: -160 Calories
Total Burned: -300 Calories
Net Worth: 300 Calories
Average Net Worth: 220 Calories
I can’t keep doing these day by day, so I’ll see what I can do.
