When I weight myself: In the morning before I drink anything or eat anything.

Started: 133 lbs

1/6 -130 lbs 

1/13-127.73 lbs

1/20 (I kind of messed up) 126 lbs

1/27-125.24 lbs

2/3-123.74 lbsI made it before the original goal date

1/27- 122 lbs

2/3- 121.78 lbsI made it before the original goal date.

2/3- 119.8 lbsI made it before the original goal date.

2/3- 119.82 lbs …I never moved from last week. I don’t deserve a cheating weekend for this. :/ 

2/10- 118.07 lbs I made this before the date

2/10- 117.32 lbs 

2/17- 117.57 lbs I started pledging and am losing sleep from it. I know this will affect my weight significantly, but I don’t know by how much. I’m not giving up now. 

2/24- 116.82 lbs

So… I gained a couple of pounds while pledging. It’s okay, because this time, I know I can do it.

3/16-122 lbs

3/23- 120.25

3/30- 118.5

4/5- 116.75

4/12- 115

4/19 113.25

4/26 111.5
